USER ACCESS: The use of your user name and password is a privilege granted by WorkTrux, LLC in order to transact business. Any abuse or misuse may result in the termination of your access. This user name and password is assigned to you for your sole and private use. Sharing of this information will result in the termination of this agreement. WorkTrux, LLC will have the sole right to determine abuse or misuse.

DATA: The data available through this agreement is confidential and should only be used to transact normal business operations. This information is intended to be used to transact truck sales, where the dealership, your customer, credit source and WorkTrux, LLC are the only four parties involved. Sharing of this data with any other parties, such as our competitors, body manufacturers or the general public that you don't intend to transact business with is forbidden, and will result in termination of this agreement. Upon termination of this agreement for abuse your user name and password will be deleted and future access refused. Signing this agreement constitutes your agreement that you and the dealership will not share this data with any other competitor of WorkTrux, LLC or any person who intends to share it with one of our competitors. Failure to comply with this request may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to distribute copies of this work to the public. We reserve the right to display this work in public and only grant it to our dealers.

PRIVACY: Your communications and use of e-mail, computer, and voice mail systems will be held to the same standard as all other business communication, including compliance with our anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies. We expect you to use good judgment in your use of our systems. We reserve the right to intercept, access, monitor, search, copy, review and download any communication received. You have no right or expectation of privacy in any communication with us. No communication is resold by the company to any source. Access to your communication to third parties is based on business need and limited to only that information necessary to satisfy the need.
